Maflal Aqiq is a speaker and document management system. It keeps the people who present for you and the material they present in one governed place.
Speaker profiles are curated, not crowdsourced
Administrators create and maintain every profile. A profile stays a draft until it is explicitly published, so nothing reaches the public site or a search engine before it is ready.
Access is decided per document
Each document carries one of three visibility levels. Public documents are readable by anyone, including search engines. Internal documents require a signed-in account. Private documents never leave the administrator's view.
Registration takes a moment
Creating an account is free and immediate — no waiting for approval. You get access to every internal document in the library and a dashboard showing what is new.
Everything is recorded
Sign-ins, uploads, edits, status changes and downloads are all written to an audit log with the actor, the timestamp and the originating address. Administrators can search and filter that history at any time.
